Another interesting post on chat bots. Recurring observation: Chat bots won't be so much about typing text. They will be more about presenting smart, clickable menus to users, like Facebook Messenger bots already do. Text-only bot interaction will quickly feel tedious, even with natural language support. Messaging platforms that can't provide smart menus and embedded buttons will be at a disadvantage.
